Introduction

The property was first surveyed in November 1920 by the Department of Lands and Surveys surveyor, Marmaduke Terry as a Crown Grant block and It still retains the majority of remnant native vegetation described by M. Terry in his survey field book No. 379.

There is a Parks and Wildlife wetland on the southern part of our property (lot 5164 on the sketch) and in 2018, we signed a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, outlining the responsibilities of both parties.
